1) Installation Manager PNW -

Reporting directly to the Kokusai Installation Sr. Manager, the Installation Manager will manage production equipment commissioning projects at external customer sites within their region. Responsible for regional installation team management, escalation management with responsibility for high level engagement with customers. Project coordination of resources with the Installation Sr. Manager to maintain the correct staffing level for the site projects.

This position entails the developing and expanding cutting-edge semiconductor process using strong fundamental science/ engineering principles and concepts. The Process Engineer (PE) designs, plans, and performs engineering duties for major projects or for projects with moderate complexity under general guidance.

4) Customer Support Engineer - Boise, ID

Responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Kokusai Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. Provides hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Excellent communication skills and serves as a liaison between the customer and various Kokusai stakeholders in Japan and the USA, on a variety of technical and logistic responsibilities. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customers needs and requests.

5) Customer Support Engineer - Austin / Taylor TX

Responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Kokusai Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. Provides hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
