1) Account Manager - Hillsboro, OR

The Account Manager plays a key leadership role within the Kokusai USA team, with significant visibility and regular interaction with both internal and external executives. The AM drives best-in-class customer engagement and supports strategic customers across multiple business areas with the aim of growing market share. Fluency in process and HW is required to provide leadership to a dynamic team that includes engineering and sales. The leadership role extends to all team members, it is expected that this role helps build a positive environment, acting as a guide and mentor to operations and technology teams, ensuring cohesive execution towards a wide range of objectives.

2) Customer Support Engineer Lead AZ RQ 1006 - Phoenix, AZ

Assists with hiring and training of team members. Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of assigned team. This includes scheduling of vacation, alignment of overtime requests, and ensuring coverage is available when personnel are out of the office. Provides analysis for performance evaluations to management. Ensures necessary equipment and tools are available to the team. Collaborates with team to identify and implement improvements. Resolves conflicts among team members and engages with management when needed.

3) Customer Support Engineer AZ RQ 1010 - Phoenix, AZ

Responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Kokusai Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. Provides hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Excellent communication skills and serves as a liaison between the customer and various Kokusai stakeholders in Japan and the USA, on a variety of technical and logistic responsibilities. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customers needs and requests.

4) Field Service Engineer TX RQ 1004- Austin, TX

Responsible for on-site installation, modification and up-grading of all KSEC product lines. Verifies tool operation after installation or modification. Coordinates with customer for proper post-installation operation of our equipment. Serves as customer liaison with customer on technical or administrative matters for assigned projects. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customer needs and requests. Has strong trouble shooting skills and responds, as needed to customer sites for “On-Call” service work.

7) Technical Support Engineer WA RQ 1005 - Hillsboro, OR

Candidates will be point-of-contact and deliver remote support and/or on-site support as needed to both internal and to his/her assigned external customers with some assistance from TSE-III and/or TSS. Some travel will be required. Coordinate internal and external resources needed to complete complex projects and solve problems with assistance from TSE-III and/or TSS. Prepare assigned fail-safe task procedures with some supervision. Administer internal KSEC technical support - Customer administrative programs as assigned such as calibration and technical documentation programs. Alert supervisor of any customer issues in accordance with the established escalation procedure. Promote robust information networking practices within the global KSEC team. Work with materials department to identify part and validate warranty claims with little to no supervision. TSEII are required to be trainer certified, and assist the Training Dept., when needed.

8) Process Development Engineer - Vancouver, WA

This position entails the developing and expanding cutting-edge semiconductor process using strong fundamental science/ engineering principles and concepts. The Process Engineer (PE) designs, plans, and performs engineering duties for major projects or for projects with moderate complexity under general guidance.
