Installation Manager SW Region

  • Reporting directly to the Kokusai Installation Sr. Manager, the Installation Manager will manage production equipment commissioning projects at external customer sites within their region.
  • Responsible for regional installation team management, escalation management with responsibility for high level engagement with customers.
  • Project coordination of resources with the Installation Sr. Manager to maintain the correct staffing level for the site projects.
  • Participate in their region site ramp tool installation design and planning reviews with the customers prior to and for the duration of the installation project.
  • Drive site ramp installation safety, quality, and duration performance.
  • Ensures install progress and conform to tool specifications and meet schedules.
  • Keep management informed on customer issues and assist KSEC and KE management as needed. Maintains KSEC project management tools. (Salesforce)
  • Maintains project completion history and reports regular schedule up-dates on tool installation, tool conversion and other significant projects.
  • Track work force utilization including statistics, trends and projects, resource loading and constraints; tool quality issues/workmanship issues and distributes daily work reports to KSEC & KE Management.
  • Provide technical support to KSEC site field service personnel. Assists in identifying needs and procurements of misc. tools, parts and materials required to support the various field service functions. Advises and assists in the development of training programs and materials for field service resources.
  • Maintains close communication with Installation Sr. Manager on ramp status to ensure proper schedule updating, timely/accurate invoicing of billable work, and accurate tool warranty records.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, other related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Years of Experience:5 years performing, scheduling, and managing complex tool installations and modification projects.
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to create, modify, troubleshoot process recipes.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot process particle trends and issues.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot process film trends.

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. (approximately $120K - $150K) In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
