Spare Parts
Kokusai's North American spare parts depot is located in Vancouver, Washington. Kokusai manages a $ 5M parts inventory containing over 3,000 parts supporting a wide range of tool models. Recent expansion into our Vancouver facilities in 2005 has tripled our storage and distribution capabilities.
Kokusai spares depot is managed through a robust ERP system providing real time inventory transactions, serialization, bin locator system, automated order fulfillment and full inventory tracking. When combined with our qualified staff of experienced logistic professionals, Kokusai consistently delivers world class service to our customers.
Critical access to spare parts is provided on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a years. Normal depot hours of operation are 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday (PST), after-hours emergency support available via pager 1-888-858-0509.
Spare Parts Operations
In order to meet the needs of our customers, Kokusai understands the importance of maintaining a highly trained operations staff. This team is the first Kokusai resource to handle customer requests in our spares fulfillment process.
Our spare parts operations staff is comprised of Logistics, Purchasing and Customer Service professionals with over 16 years of average experience. The Kokusai Materials team is ready and able to handle all your spare part needs.
